Online converter. On some conversion pages you can convert a file online. The file you choose is uploaded to our own server (api.routeconverter.com), converted there in memory by the RouteConverter software, sent back to you and deleted immediately afterwards. The file's content and name are never stored or logged, and the file is not passed on to anyone. Like every request to this website, the upload is recorded in the web server's access log with the time, your IP address, the requested address and the size of the transfer; these logs are kept for up to 190 days to operate and protect the service. In addition we count conversions per day by conversion type, result and a rough size range (for example "1–5 MB"), without any IP address or file details; a file refused for being too large is counted the same way. If you prefer that your file never leaves your computer, use the free RouteConverter desktop application, which converts offline.
