RouteConverter exposes all of its conversion functionality via an Application Programming Interface (API). This description aims to serve as a reference for developers building tools that use or work with RouteConverter.

Download
All RouteConverter versions from the download page contain code for the user interface. If you'd like to embed RouteConverter into your program, download the command line version from the download page.
Webstart API
For Websites that would like to offer editing of their routes, tracks or waypoint lists with RouteConverter there is an option to start RouteConverter via Webstart and pass it an URL that is opened by RouteConverter once it is loaded on the users machine.
